Ingredients

  • 4 large oranges, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch slices
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Place 1/3 orange slices in medium serving bowl. Top with 1/3 of coconut.

Repeat layers twice. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Combine sour cream and sugar, mix well. Stir in rind and salt. Cover and refrigerate dressing at least 1 hour.

Top fruit with dressing and pecans before serving.
