Veggies look fun and taste good with this Flower Power Bell Peppers and Ranch Dip recipe.
Ingredients
- 1/2cup1/2 cup Hidden Valley® The Original Ranch® Light Dressing
- 8ounces8 ounces fat-free cream cheese
- 22 orange bell peppers
- 22 red bell peppers
- 22 green bell peppers
- 22 yellow bell peppers
- smallsmall tomatoes, radishes, or mushrooms
- 5 to 65 to 6 snap peas

Step 1
Mix together the cream cheese and Hidden Valley® The Original Ranch® Dressing Light dressing; chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Wash and seed bell peppers. Cut jagged edges into the tops of bell peppers.
Stick a wooden skewer through the bottoms of each pepper and put a small tomato, radish or mushroom on the end of each skewer as shown.
Stick the peas on skewers to make the leaves. Arrange in a bowl, flower pot, or on a plate.
Serve the ranch cheese mixture in a flower pot or colorful dish on the side as a dip.
