Holiday Cranberry Relish

  • 1 - 12 oz bag fresh cranberries
  • 1 large apple - peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup golden raisins
  • 3/4 - 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon or ginger
  • 1 tblsp. balsamic vinegar



Step 1

Put all ingredients except vinegar in pot. Bring the ingredients to a boil over medium heat. Lower heat and simmer until thickens. Remove from heat and add vinegar. Spoon into container, cover with plastic wrap. Cook at room temperature. Refrigerate. Last up to 2 weeks.
