  • 1/2 c Onion
  • 8 Tbsp Butter
  • 6 Tbsp Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 c chicken broth
  • chopped fresh rosemary
  • pepper
  • 4 c cubed turkey
  • 3 c veg-all
  • 2 pie crusts

Preparation

Step 1

Brown the onion in the butter. Add flour and stir for 5-7 minutes to make a roux. Stir in chicken broth with a wire whisk. Add salt, rosemary and pepper to taste. Heat over medium until it thickens and is bubbly. Add turkey and drained veg-all. Turn into the pies and cook for 30-50 minutes at 425.
