Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package fresh cranberries

Preparation

Step 1

In a sauce pan mix sugar and water, stir to dissolve sugar. Bring to boil, add cranberries, return to boil, reduce heat, boil gently 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove from heat cool completely at room temperature and refrigerate. Best if made the day before use.
Makes about 2 1/4 cups.
