Ingredients
- 2 slice of Hawaiian Sweet bread or challah bread.
- Butter
- Pineapple preserves
- 2 Slices Monterey Jack Cheese
- 2 slice ham
Preparation
Step 1
1. Butter one side of each slices of bread. Place butter side down, in grill pan.
2. Spread pineapple preserves on bread.
3. Place one slice of Monterey Jack cheese on top of preserves.
4. Place two slices of ham on top of cheese.
5. Place one more slice of cheese on top of ham
6. Place other piece of bread on top, butter side up.
7. Grill both sides until golden brown.
