Easy Chicken Salad

This recipe can be doubled or tripled as desired. It will serve 4 if no other meat is being served. It can feed 6 if other meat is served.

Ingredients

  • 2 large cans Swanson White Premium Chunk Chicken Breast, chilled and well-drained
  • 1 package dry Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing
  • 1/3 cup real mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 bunch chopped green onions
  • Pepper to taste
  • 4 drops hot sauce
  • 3/4 cup pecan halves
  • 1 container washed and dried small grape tomatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Chill cans of chicken for several hours. Drain well. Add all ingredients, except pecans and tomatoes. Mix well, taste and adjust if needed. Refrigerate a minimum of 1 hour to let spices blend. Add pecan halves and stir. Gently fold in tomatoes. Serve with crackers.

Note: Almond slivers and red or green grapes can be used in place of pecans and tomatoes.
