Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 2 T. butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chopped, fresh tomatoes
- 1/4 C. sliced, fresh basil
- 1/2 C. heavy cream
Preparation
Step 1
Salt & pepper chicken breasts. Heat butter in skillet and brown chicken breasts on one side. Add garlic to sides of pan and brown chicken breasts on other side. Add chopped tomato, basil and cream. Cook in sauce about 5 minutes.
Serve over egg noodles, if desired.
