Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped asparagus
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup vegetable or olive oil
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 each oregano and seasoned salt
- 5 cloves garlic
- Dash of ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together and spread in a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes, or until barely firm. Serve at room temperature, cut into 2 inch squares
