Crab and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg cream cheese
  • 2 tins crab meat squeezed of its moisture
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt, pepper, lemon juice and hot sauce to taste
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained well and coarsley chopped
  • chopped green onions for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cream cheese until light and then mix in remaining ingredients, except green onions. Heat in a small, covered baking dish or small, hollowed out sour dough bread loaf in a 35o degree oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through. Sprinkle with gree onions and serve.
