Ingredients
- Dough:
- 75 grams butter (1/4 cup)
- 75 grams sugar (1/3 cup)
- 1 egg
- 250 grams flour (1 1/2 cups)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2/3 cups milk
- Topping:
- 50 grams butter
- 100 grams sugar (1/2 cup)
- vanilla
- 2 tbsp. milk
- Slivered almonds
- Filling:
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 pkg Dr. Oetker vanilla pudding prepared and cooled with plastic on surface to avoid skin from forming.
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar together. Beat in the egg until smooth. Alternately beat in dry ingredients with milk. Spread on bottom of a spring form pan.
Melt butter,sugar and milk together. Boil until sugar is dissolved. Add almonds and vanilla. Spread on top of base. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Butter cream - beat butter and gradually add cooled pudding until full bodied
Once cooled, fill with butter cream filling. Chill until ready to serve.
