Ingredients
- 1 11oz. pkg. Butterscotch morsels
- 3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1 can (8.5oz) or 2 cans (5oz) chow mein noodles
- 3 1/2 c. mini marshmellows
Preparation
Step 1
Line baking sheets or trays with waxed paper. Microwave morsels in large, uncovered dish at 70% power for 1 min. stir. Stir and microwave until smooth. Stir in peanut butter until well blended. Add noodles and marshmallows, toss to coated. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto trays and refreigerate.
