Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 4 heaping T all purpose flour
- 2 T sugar
- 1/4 c. diced green pepper
- 1 c. whole milk
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 t. each salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
