Parmesan Crisps

Ingredients

  • 3 ozs. parmigiano-reggiano
  • freshly ground black pepper, paprika or cayenne

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 300'. grate cheese on small hole side into bowl. Using a Tablespook measure place cheese in mounds onto a greased parchment paper-lined cookie sheet. Flatten mounds iwth teh back of a spoon, making sure mounds are at least 4" apart on the sheet. Season with your choice of spice. Bake on middle rack of the oven until golden, 5-6 mins. Serve with salads.
