Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach
  • 1/2 c. non-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Mayo
  • 1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/3 c. chopped white onion
  • 1 clove minched garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. tabasco
  • 1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 tsp. dill
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • Worchestershire Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw Spinach, drain excess water. Process all ingredients in a food processor until creamy. Serve cool with chips, veggies, pitas, etc.
