Ingredients
- 4 servings brown rice
- 1 lb. ground chicken breast
- soy sauce and ginger to taste
- Cilantro to taste
- Whole Wheat Pita pockets
- Guacamole

Brown ground chicken, add soy, ginger and cilantro. Mix with rice. Place mixture in pita pockets and top with guacamole.
