    cup Baking stevia (or 1 1/4 cup sweetener that measures like sugar)

    cup Plain low fat Greek yogurt (or additional applesauce)

    If you use frozen blueberries, just let them thaw and drain excess water before adding to the batter.

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray. (If you are starting with whole oats, instead of oat flour, ground the oatmeal in a blender or food processor until it turns into a flour.) 2 Mix all of the ingredients (except for the blueberries) together in a large bowl. Gently fold the blueberries into the mixture. Pour mixture into prepared bread pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
