Bravissima Tilapia

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c fresh basil, minced
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 tilapia fillets

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 5 ingredients in a bowl; coat fillets.

Cover; refrigerate 30 minutes.

Heat large sauté pan to medium heat. Coat with light cooking spray. Add fillets and cook 2 minutes on each side, or until done.

Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
