- Maple Butter:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp fresh minced parsley
- Dash of pepper
- Wasabi Butter:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 Tbsp chopped green onion
- 1 1/2 tsp prepared wasabi
- 1/4 tsp soy sauce
- Curry Butter:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Step 1
Maple Butter:
Combine 1/2 cup softened butter with 2 Tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp fresh minced parsley and a dash of pepper.
Makes 1/2 cup.
Wasabi Butter:
Combine 1/2 cup softened butter with 1 Tbsp chopped green onion, 1 1/2 tsp prepared wasabi and 1/4 tsp soy sauce.
Makes 1/2 cup.
Curry Butter:
Combine 1/2 cup softened butter with 1 1/2 tsp curry powder, 1/2 tsp ground cumin and 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes.
Makes 1/2 cup.
***You can wrap these flavored butters in plastic wrap, parchment or waxed paper and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. For longer storage, freeze them in a resealable plastic bag for up to 6 months.
