Ingredients

  • Maple Butter:

  • ½

    cup butter, softened

  • 2

    Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1

    tsp fresh minced parsley

  • Dash of pepper

  • Wasabi Butter:

  • ½

    cup butter

  • 1

    Tbsp chopped green onion

  • tsp prepared wasabi

  • ¼

    tsp soy sauce

  • Curry Butter:

  • ½

    cup butter

  • tsp curry powder

  • ½

    tsp ground cumin

  • ¼

    tsp red pepper flakes

Directions

Maple Butter: Combine 1/2 cup softened butter with 2 Tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp fresh minced parsley and a dash of pepper. Makes 1/2 cup. Wasabi Butter: Combine 1/2 cup softened butter with 1 Tbsp chopped green onion, 1 1/2 tsp prepared wasabi and 1/4 tsp soy sauce. Makes 1/2 cup. Curry Butter: Combine 1/2 cup softened butter with 1 1/2 tsp curry powder, 1/2 tsp ground cumin and 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes. Makes 1/2 cup. ***You can wrap these flavored butters in plastic wrap, parchment or waxed paper and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. For longer storage, freeze them in a resealable plastic bag for up to 6 months.
