Ingredients
- 1 c. blueberries
- 1 c. raspberries
- 1 c. blackberries
- 1/2 c. sugar to macerate berries
- 8 oz. marscapone, neufchatel or low fat cream cheese
- 8 oz. whipped topping
- 1/3 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 lime juiced
Preparation
Step 1
Combine fruit and sugar and set aside in the fridge to macerate. Bring cheese to room tempterature and whip together with the rest of the ingredients. Place a dollop of cream in parfait glass and top with a large spoonfull of berries. Repeat twice for 3 layers.
