  • 1/2 medium cantaloupe - (to large) cut balls or chunks (abt 2 cups)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
  • Mint sprigs (optional)

Combine the melon balls in a medium bowl.

Toss gently with the chopped mint leaves; cover and chill at least 1 hour or up to 6 hours. Toss again before serving. Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired.
