Ingredients
- 8 oz linguine
- 3 T light soy sauce
- 2 T rice vinegar
- 1 T sesame oil
- 3/4 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 lb cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 1 red bell pepper, slivered
- 2 scallions, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Cook linguine, according to package directions.
Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients. Toss with chicken, veges, and pasta in serving bowl.
