Ingredients
- 1 -2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 small sweet onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic chopped or 3 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 tsp ground peppercorns
- 2 bay leaves
Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken in slow cooker.
Mix all other ingredients together in separate bowl and pour over chicken.
Cook on LOW 6-8 hours.
