Red pepper sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 cup 1/2 & 1/2
  • 1 tblsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • .25 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Broil peppers until black spots on each side (5 min)
Cool, then pull off skin. Cut off stem & seeds
Blend peppers with rest of ingredients

Pour over spaghetti noodles or zucchini noodles
