Ingredients

  • two 2 pound salmon fillets
  • two Tbs. grated onion
  • juice of one lemon
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco
  • 1 cup sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place salmon fillets in greased shallow baking dish.
Combine all but sour cream and spread over salmon.
Spread sour cream on top to cover.
Bake for 30 minutes.
