Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp (30ml) oil
- 1 lb (450 g) prawns, shelled and deveined
- Epicure Fisherman’s Wharf Sea Salt
- 1 prepared recipe Epicure Paris Bistro Secret Sauce
- Lemon wedges for serving – optional

Instructions
1. Using Epicure Silicone Basting Brush, brush prawns with oil, then liberally grind with Fisherman’s Wharf Sea Salt and rub in.
2. Lightly oil grill and cook with barbecue lid closed, over medium heat, until cooked through, 2 minutes per side. Serve hot with lemon wedges and a dollop of Paris Bistro Secret Sauce.
