Ingredients
- 3 cups sliced strawberries
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ¼ cup amaretto
- ½ cup fat-free sour cream
- ½ cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2 T sugar
- ⅛t ground cinnamon
- 6 (7") flour tortillas
- Butter flavored cooking spray
- 2 t cinnamon sugar
- 2 T sliced almonds, toasted
- 2 t shaved semi-sweet chocolate
Preparation
Step 1
Combine strawberries, ⅓ cup sugar, and amaretto in a bowl. Stir well. Cover and chill 30 minutes. Drain, reserving juice for another use.
Combine sour cream, whipped topping, 2T sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Stir well. Cover and chill.
Preheat oven to 400F. Cut each tortilla into eight wedges. Arrange tortilla wedges on two baking sheet, lightly coat with cooking spray. Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon-sugar. Bake for seven minutes or until crisp. Cool on a wire rack.
Place 8 tortilla wedges on each of six dessert plates. Top each serving with about ⅓ cup strawberry mixture and 2½ tablespoons sour cream mixture. Divide almonds and chocolate evenly between nachos.
