Ingredients

  • 28-32 ounce bag frozen hash browns (shredded or cubed)
  • 2 16 ounce containers low fat sour cream (not nonfat)
  • 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup pre-cooked crumbled bacon
  • 1 Tbsp or package Buttermilk Ranch dip/dressing mix

Step 1

In a large bowl, stir the last 4 ingredients until well combined. Add the still frozen potatoes and stir to coat. Spread into a greased 9X13 pan and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
