  • 2 cups milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tsp butter
  • 2 cups flour



Step 1

Put these in the blender in the order listed and blend on speed 6. Put a quarter of an inch of canola oil in the bottom of muffin tins. Preheat the muffin tins at 450 for 15 minutes. Pour the mixture in the muffin tins half full. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce to 350 and bake 40 minutes longer. Makes 30 puddings but the recipe divides in half well.
