Pork Chop and Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6-8 pork chops
  • 1 c uncooked rice
  • 1 1/2 c water
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse rice, mix with soup, milk and water. Set aside. Brown, salt and pepper pork chops in oil. Put rice mixture in casserole dish and lay pork chops on top. melt 1/2 stick marg. and pour on top of casserole. Cover w/foil and bake 45 minutes on 350. May need to cook 5--10 additional minutes with foil.
