- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 3 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper
