Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar (light or dark)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 & 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 21-ounce cans apple pie filling
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1


Preheat oven to 350°.

Whisk together flour, brown sugar, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.

Spread pie filling evenly in a 9"x 13" baking pan. Cover top of filling evenly with flour mixture. Place pieces of butter evenly over top of flour mixture.

Bake 35 minutes. Sprinkle pecans over top of cobbler. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes.

Serve warm, preferably with ice cream!

Notes


Store any leftovers in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator. Reheat before serving.
