Puerto Rican Pemil Roast Pork

Ingredients

  • 5-6 lb Pork shoulder
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tea dried oregano
  • 2 packets Sazon Goya
  • 1 TBs Goya Adobo
  • 1 TBs Olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Mix garlic, adobo, sazon, olive oil and oregano.
Cut deep slits in pork
Rub mixture into pork slits then all over the pork
Let sit a few days in fridge
Bake @350 for 6 hrs.
