Ingredients

• 1 cup sour cream
• 3 eggs
• 1 small can creamed corn
• 1 box Jiffy Corn muffin mix
• 1 stick butter

Preparation

Step 1

melt one stick of butter in 9x9 baking dish
mix ingredients and pour into prepared dish
bake for 25 min or until lightly brown
