Ingredients
- 1 can black beans
- 4 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1 c brown rice
- 2 c water
- 1 T oil
- 1 onion
- garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Saute garlic and onion in oil.
Mix in beans with the juice in rice
Add water and stir well
Heat on high til boiling, then turn to low and cook 30-40 mins until rice tender.
