Ingredients
- Mix:
- 6 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 T kosher salt
- 2 tsp sugar

- Pancakes:
- 2 eggs, separated
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 4 T butter, melted
- 2 cups mix
Preparation
Step 1
Combine mix ingredients in a lidded container. Shake to mix well. Keeps for 3 months.
To make pancakes:
Whisk together egg whites and buttermilk. Whisk together egg yolks and butter. Combine well. Pour over pancake mix. Stir until just combined.
