Ingredients
- Part One*
- 1 1/4 stick margarine
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- Part Two*
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 of 12 oz. pkg. of cool whip
- Part Three*
- 1 3oz. pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
- 1 3oz. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
- 3 cups milk

Step 1
*Part One*
mix together and press into bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes. Cool
*Part Two*
Mix on slow/med in mixer until smooth. Spread over cooked crust.
*Part three*
Mix 2-3 minutes with electric mixer until thick and smooth. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with other half of cool whip - spread evenly. May be topped with chopped nuts.
