Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

• 1 cup Crabmeat
• 1/2 cup cream cheese
• 1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped
• 1/2 cup green onions
• 4 TBSP Parmesan cheese
• 2 large portobello mushrooms or 10 white mushroom caps
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
• SEASONING
• 1 cup salt
• 1/4 cup pepper
• 1/4 cup garlic podwer

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients, spray mushroom tops with nonstick spray
fill mushrooms lightly sprinkle with seasoning
