- 1 cup Crabmeat
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 4 TBSP Parmesan cheese
- 2 large portobello mushrooms or 10 white mushroom caps
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- SEASONING
- 1 cup salt
- 1/4 cup pepper
- 1/4 cup garlic podwer

Step 1
Mix all ingredients, spray mushroom tops with nonstick spray
fill mushrooms lightly sprinkle with seasoning
bake 20 min
