- 1/4 cup hummus
- 1/8 teaspoon season salt
- 1/2 avocado, chopped
- 1/3 cup grape tomatoes, chopped

healthy egg whites don't have to be plain. these have a secret, hummus! you can't even tell it's in there but it's delicious!

in a small bowl, whisk together the egg whites, hummus, and season salt. in a nonstick skillet over medium heat add the eggs and allow to sit for about 15 seconds. using a wooden spoon or spatula, stir the eggs continually. remove from the stove once cooked and top with avocados and tomatoes. serve immediately
