Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 4 X 52 g Mars bars, chopped
- 3 tbsp. liquid honey
- 4 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips

Butter an 8 or 9-inch square cake pan; set aside.
In a large heavy pot over low heat, melt butter, candy bars and honey until smooth. Remove from heat; add cereal, stirring until combined. Scrape into prepared pan, pressing mixture into an even layer in pan. A buttered rubber spatula works well. Refrigerate until firm, about 30 mins.
In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips. Spread and smooth over cereal mixture. Refrigerate until chocolate is hard. Let stand at room temperature 30-45 mins. before cutting into squares.
