Ingredients

  • ¼ lb. Provolone Cheese
  • ¼ lb. Genoa Salami
  • ¼ lb. Sliced Pepperoni
  • 2 tubes Crescent Rolls
  • 1 package Shredded Mozarella Cheese
  • 2 TBSP. Parm. Cheese
  • 1 jar Roasted Red Peppers
  • 3 Eggs

Preparation

Step 1

1. Roll out 1 package of crescent rolls in a 9x13 pan.
2. Press seams together.
3. Layer cold cuts: Provolone, pepperoni, salami.
4. Top with peppers
5. Top with Shredded Mozzarella
6. Mix together eggs and parm cheese
7. Drizzle 2/3 of mixture over shredded cheese
8. Top with 2nd package crescent rolls
9. Press seams together
10. Brush with remaining egg mixture
11. Bake at 350 for 30 min. or until brown.
