Cream Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 250 gr (1 tub) cream cheese spread
  • 1/2 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 425 F.

Combine flour and baking powder in a bowl. Cut in the cream cheese, until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in milk and form into a dough.

Roll out to ¾ inch thick, and cut into 14 round pieces using a 2 inch in diameter cutter or glass.

Place slightly apart on a prepared baking sheet, and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
