coconut creme Chocolates

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of marshmallow creme
  • 2 2/3 cup flaked coconut - must be toasted first
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • dash of salt
  • 1 milk chocolate bard 5oz chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp of shortening

Preparation

Step 1

1 In a large bowl add marshmallow creme, coconut, vanilla and salt and blend well. Refrigerate covered for at least 1 hour

2. shape mixture into 1 inch balls place on waxed sheet and refrigerate for min of 3 ours

microwave chocolate and dip balls let stand and set and freeze or refrigerate.
