Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise (you can use Lite Mayo)
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1/2 Cup Riesling
- 3/4 Cup olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Put mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and garlic in a blender and process until smooth.
Add the Riesling and process to combine.
With the blender running, slowly add the olive oil in a steady stream until the dressing thickens.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate for A couple hours.
Makes 1 1/2 cups
