- 1 Stick Butter
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Shallots

Step 1
Brown the butter in a decent-sized saucepan over medium-high heat. When the butter has that nutty aroma, turn off the heat and add the shallots. Foaming of the butter will occur. This will brown the shallots. Transfer to a sauce bowl and try to serve this piping hot.
