Ingredients

  • 2 T fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 t lemon zest (I usually use all the zest and juice from one lemon which ends up doubling the recipe)
  • 1/3 C Sugar
  • 2 T white wine vinegar
  • 1 T Oil – I use Olive, but you can use whatever your preference is)
  • 1 t Poppy seeds – I have omitted these at times can’t tell a difference
