Ingredients
- 1/4 c. mochiko
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 5 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. green onions, chopped
- 2 eggs garlic
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Nori, cut into strips
- 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- Oil for frying
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the chicken into small pieces.
Mix all ingredients to make a sauce in which to soak the chicken.
Soak chicken overnight.
Wrap a small piece of nori around the chicken and deep fry.
