Ingredients
- 3 1/2c3 1/2 c frozen corn, thawed
- 2cans2 cans 14 oz French style green beans
- 1cans1 cans mushroom soup
- 1c1 c reduced fat sour cream
- 1c1 c plain yogurt
- 1c1 c shredded cheddar
- 1large1 large onion, chopped
- 11 celery rib, chopped
- 1small1 small green pepper, chopped
- 2c2 c crushed Ritz
- 1/3c1/3 c margarine spread, melted

Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, combine first 9 ingredients. Transfer to 9 x 12 baking dish coated with spray. Toss the cracker crumbs and butter, sprinkle over vegetable mixture. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 40-45 minutes until bubbly.
