Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 c 3 1/2 c frozen corn, thawed
  • 2 cans 2 cans 14 oz French style green beans
  • 1 cans 1 cans mushroom soup
  • 1 c 1 c reduced fat sour cream
  • 1 c 1 c plain yogurt
  • 1 c 1 c shredded cheddar
  • 1 large 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 1 celery rib, chopped
  • 1 small 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 2 c 2 c crushed Ritz
  • 1/3 c 1/3 c margarine spread, melted

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl, combine first 9 ingredients. Transfer to 9 x 12 baking dish coated with spray. Toss the cracker crumbs and butter, sprinkle over vegetable mixture. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 40-45 minutes until bubbly.
